The product I wanted to order didn't appear to be available in the right colour, and not only did Steven deal with my call on a Saturday afternoon, but he texted me the following day (Sunday) to confirm the product I wanted had been located and added to the website ready for me to order! 

 

And it was then dispatched the following day (without me having to pay for extra postage) and arrived the following day in good time for me to hand over as a birthday present.

I already knew it would be superb quality as I had ordered the same product previously
